No refund in all cases for
cancellation made under 7 days (from the date of Check- in)

under 15 days, One day’s room charges per room will be
levied.

For 4-7 Pax cancellation made
under 20 days, one day’s charges per room will levied.

For 7 & above Pax cancellation
made under 30 days, one day’s charges per room will be
levied.

For cancellation made before
stipulated period full refund less 10% administrative charges
on tariff per room in all cases will be charged.

Cancellation will be effective
from date of receipt of letter/Fax/Email. No request for cancellation
on phone will be entertained.

Your confirmed reservations
shall be valid until 6 PM of the arrival date or until any specific
time of the day if stipulated by you at the time of reservation,
whichever is later. Therefore, If you do not cancel your reservation,
your failure to arrive (no-show) by the agreed check-in date and/or
by the above time the same will result in the cancellation of your
entire reservation and there will be no refund of whatsoever nature.
If have made any payment through your credit card or debit card
and your reservation and the said reservation gets cancelled for
the above reasons or in a situation where you are entitled to receive
refund in the above manner due to your canceling the reservation,
you shall not be entitled to make any charge back claim or any other
claim in respect of the credit card / debit card facility / payment
mode used by you for the reservation, with the credit card issuer
or acquiring bank. In addition, if you are entitled to any refund
on your cancellation and if you have used your credit card / debit
card for such reservation, the amount of refund, if any, would be
credited back to your same credit card / debit card account. You
shall not use credit card of any third party for your booking rooms
through this Website, unless such credit card / debit card belongs
to any of your close relative and you have express authority to
use the said credit card / debit card.)
Decision of Anukampa in this regard
will be final & binding on the guest and no disputes can be
raised in this matter.
HOW
TO MODIFY YOUR BOOKING
Policy for modification
of booking(s)
* The
period of stay can be extended.
* The
period of stay can be reduced, but there will be no refund.
* The
number of rooms can be increased.
* The
number of Pax ( ) can be changed, but if reduced from original booking,
There will be no refund.
* The
period of stay can be transferred and will be treated as an amendment
i.e. if
booked for on the difference if any,
8th January to 14th January ; it can be transferred
as a booking for 15th to 21st January.
* The
type of room can be changed, but if the new room type is of lesser
value than
the one originally booked, there
will be no refund on the difference.
* The
booking cannot be transferred to another name.
